Shipping Details
All orders ship from Denver, Colorado (USA) using USPS, ePost, UPS, or similar carriers.
Processing Time
Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or promotions.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary.
United States: Up to 2 weeks (most orders arrive sooner)
International: 1–6 weeks, depending on destination and customs processing

International Orders & Duties
International orders do not include customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
If applicable, your local postal service or customs authority will contact you directly with instructions for payment and delivery.

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, ZEDS DEAD is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.
Delivery delays caused by the carrier, customs, or local postal services are outside of our control.
Pre-Order Policy
Pre-order items are produced in limited runs and manufactured after the pre-order window closes. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the terms below.
Order Cancellation
Pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this window, orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Production Timeline
Production begins after the pre-order period closes. Estimated production and shipping timelines will be listed on the product page but may vary depending on manufacturing and logistics.
No Cancellations After Production Begins
Once production has started, all pre-orders are final and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified.
Address Changes
Shipping addresses can be updated before orders ship. Please contact us as soon as possible if your shipping details change.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos so we can arrange a replacement.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Placing a pre-order acknowledges that the item is not yet produced and will ship within the estimated timeframe stated on the product page. Filing a payment dispute or chargeback for a valid pre-order may result in the order being cancelled and future purchases being restricted.
