RETURN POLICY & PROCEDURE
Thank you for shopping with us! If you need to return an item, please review our return guidelines and follow the steps below.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for unused, unworn, and unwashed items.
- After 30 days, returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items.
FINAL SALE ITEMS (NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES)

- Face Masks
- Swimwear (bikini tops, sports bras)
- Underwear
- Body Jewelry
- CDs, Vinyl, DVDs, and Books
SHIPPING FEES
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customers outside North America (including Alaska, Hawaii, Europe, and Asia) are responsible for return shipping costs.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
1. Confirm eligibility
2. Email support@merchsupport.net to request a return
3. Our team will provide Form to be included - print and pack in your return package
4. Pack your items securely, attach a return label, and drop them off with your mail carrier
5. Keep your return tracking number and share it with us
6. Email us to confirm drop-off, and we will monitor the return progress
Once Item is received back in the warehouse, we will process it and issue a refund.
We can issue a pre-paid return label for 10.00 USD – ask us how!
